This full-time position is 36 hours each week and starts at $18.78 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position functions as a team leader, under the direction of the Director of Business Operations. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for developing strategic business strategies that include the sales, purchasing, and successful manufacturing of goods/services for applicable department(s). These strategies will align with the mission and vision of the agency, and result in profitable growth of the Arc Allegany-Steuben’s Business Operations Divisions. This position provides supervision at all levels, while taking a for profit business approach to the structure and function of both new and existing businesses. This position promotes and supports customer satisfaction by ensuring that all products and services are delivered timely and meet high quality standards. The position is also responsible for the financial viability of the applicable business unit(s). This position will be responsible for the management and daily operations of the applicable business unit(s).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services, Manufacturing, Education, or Vocational Rehabilitation preferred.
- Over five (5) years of experience in a related position required.
- Over three (3) years of experience in a middle level management / accountability position required.
- Experience providing services to persons with disabilities is preferred, but not required.
