Job Description:
- Ongoing continual service improvement for an implementation of ServiceNow - sourcing HRIS Analysts, Administrators, Architects, and Specialists
- Daily responsibilities would include attending SCRUM meetings, scoping the level of effort for new requirements, collaborating on design, developing solutions using ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and web services tools, documenting detailed design specification, unit and system testing, incident triage and troubleshooting, and change and release planning and documentation.
