Fidelity Bank is looking for a Business Relationship Specialist to serve clients through Luzerne County, or the Dunmore area of Lackawanna County. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of commercial loan and business banking through a variety of duties.
You will work with client-facing Lenders and team mates to assist with loan application or loan modification processing tasks, prepare memos, obtain required information and compile loan data. You will also assist with the preparation and tracking of term sheets, requests for proposals (RFPs), relationship reviews and meeting presentations. Assisting the loan team with collecting financial information, tracking and reporting progress and resolving documentation and reporting exception items are included in this position. Other responsibilities include processing loan advances, deposit account transfers and compiling, verifying and providing information to prepare for loan closings and payoffs.
The ideal candidates must have strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a true passion for seeing clients succeed. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in related industries and/or positions is required.
