Leland’s Cabins is a fast growing company with corporate headquarters in Grandview, Texas and locations in multiple states. This position is for our brand new sales office in Munfordville, Kentucky!

The Sales Representative for Leland's Cabins is the face of the Company to Leland's clientele in their area. The Sales Representative endeavors to service their customer’s needs while selling the maximum amount of Cabins and Leland's products. They will work in tandem with our corporate sales and marketing departments: following up with all sales leads which funnel to them through corporate marketing and generating sales leads through contact and direct marketing online. The Sales Representative takes responsibility for the Munfordville display lot, managing and caring for it as if it's their own.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task to ensure a high degree of completion of tasks in a timely manner is preferred. A friendly disposition and ability to maintain composure under pressure or tension is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Following up on leads, generating leads, and becoming the product expert. Handle all aspects of the sales process.
  • Prospecting and setting appointments
  • Promote brand awareness, encouraging customer loyalty, and expand market territory.
  • Engage with customers daily to answer questions, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts.
  • Anticipates and identifies people’s needs and problems
  • Creates solutions that are a win for both parties
  • Follows up – as long as it takes
  • Punctuality - respond to customers in a timely manner.

  • Superb etiquette and manners when speaking on the phone. Comfortable answering, able to deescalate a situation as needed.
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft office and Google Drive
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce

Desired but not Required:

  • Construction or Home Industry Experience
  • College Degree in marketing, journalism, speech or business
  • CAD Experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8am-5pm: Saturday 8am-4pm

Compensation: The Sales Representative compensation package is motivational in nature and is designed for driven individuals with high earning goals. Income is not limited or capped and typically ranges from $45K-120K in commissions per year.

Paid Training for first 3 months, 100% Commission after Training, Paid weekly
