Cabinet Designer/Project Manager

  Provide excellent design & exceptional service to our customers seeking custom cabinetry
• Guide customers through the entire design process & manage the project details
• Develop positive working relationships with contractors, architects, & designers
• Assist customers with their design selections and think through all the details of their project
• Communicate all the project details to the drafting team & the production team
• Create & Present proposals and contracts
• Conduct site visits and take accurate field measurements
• Be on-site for the first day of installation to review details with the customer & communicate with the installation team
• Travel within 150 miles of Ephrata, PA

We are looking for a Cabinet Designer/Project Manager to join us in our mission by providing our customers with excellent design options and being the liaison between them & everyone else working on their project. Our Ideal Cabinet Designer/Project Manager:

• Experience: 3+ years of custom cabinetry experience. Possess a natural eye for design and can balance form & function. Basic construction knowledge: electrical, plumbing, framing, ventilation, etc.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable using Outlook email & able to learn Cabinet Vision Design software.
• Active: Able to get around construction sites, climb ladders, take measurements, etc.
• Communicator: Someone who loves to ask good questions, gathers all relevant information, and ensures everyone involved in the project understands the customer's vision.
• Detail-Oriented: Keeps everyone involved in each project informed during every step of the process. You will have multiple projects happening simultaneously, so you'll develop methods to take care of all the essential details without losing track.
• Team Player: Humble and hardworking. You lead by example and care about your teammates & customers. Passionate about working together to provide quality service for the customer.
• Listener: You hear customers' concerns & questions and address them clearly, resolving any project conflicts that arise while building trust & loyalty.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record for the past five years.
