Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled proficient CAD Engineer who will split time working remotely and in person at our Sauk Rapids location. The ideal candidate will have experience using Parametric 3D CAD to create products in sheet metal and/or corrugated material.

Primary Responsibilities

• Designing project renderings creating two- and three-dimensional technical drawings
• Creating design details for internal and external CNC Operators
• Any other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Associate degree in CAD Design
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Parametric 3D Modeling
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360-Parametric Design and EngView Packaging Suite a plus!
• Experience with CNC tables and wide format printers also a plus!
• Strong understanding of math, particularly geometry (geometric constraints), and the mechanics/science of materials
• Creativity in drafting new designs and models
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for design and detail
• Collaborate and develop productive working relationships with other departments
• Able to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Excellent listening, written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
• STRONG computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and TEAMS) and/or experience with NetSuite
