Position Title: CAD/REVIT Designer ǀ Full Time

Position Description:
The CAD/REVIT Designer position requires full knowledge and understanding of construction documents and requires strong attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop presentation into construction details and drawings
- Strong working proficiency in the Revit and AutoCAD software applications
- Ability to use software to create detailed 2D designs for complex projects
- Ability to draft plans into 3D modeling/ SketchUp drawing
- Ability to work on architectural plan critiques
- Ability to assist with RFI management as needed
Reports To: CAD Coordinator, Studio Director
Start Date: Within 30 days
Work Hours: Typically, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Some work from home allowed based on workload after 90 days.
Compensation: Includes market-based salary and eligibility for end of year company profitability bonus. Position includes full-time employee benefits package and PTO.
Qualifications and Skills Desired:
- Certified in AutoCAD
- Associate’s Degree
- Certified in Revit a must. Professional experience required along with BIM360
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field. Multi- Family experience a plus
- Knowledge of industry, engineering, and materials
- Initiative, focus, self-motivation and positive attitude in performing all job duties and responsibilities
- Team player and ability to collaborate with other departments
- Organized, punctual and eager to succeed
