Prestwick Country Club is the main centerpiece of a mature prestige real- estate development in Frankfort, Illinois (25 miles south of Chicago). The club, with its golf course that was designed by Packard Inc., was originally developer-owned when it opened in 1964. In 1983 the club's 218 charter members purchased the club, and today PCC remains owned by the equity members of the club. The golf course has undergone several renovations and improvements over the years. Our most recent renovation was our Billy
Bunker project to all our green side bunkers which was finished in April
2022. Prestwick Country Club offers its members, and their guests, one of the finest exclusive golfing, dining, and entertainment environments in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago. Hickory Creek meanders gracefully through the fairways to create a natural hazard that has been used perfectly to test each golfer's skills and nerves. The course employs a four-tee system, ranging from 7,010 yards to 5,428 yards and invites golfers of all abilities, genders, and ages to enjoy the 18-hole championship golf course. The golf experience also features a full practice range, a newly renovated short game area, and full service locker rooms. Experience Preferred

• Prior experience in golf operations including: employee motivation and training; golf instruction; tournament and event management; working knowledge of golf course maintenance
• Expertise in golfing rules and regulations
• Knowledge and understanding of typical golf course procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, golf event software required
• Experince using CaddieLink is a plus as we use this program currently with our Caddie Program.

Job Summary

We are seeking a caddie master to manage our caddie program. This candidate will be personable in nature and have a passion for providing high levels of customer service. We are looking for an experienced leader who can work with the team to produce a professional experience here at Prestwick.
Duties to include, but not limited to caddie services, outside services, golf shop operations and tournament operations.

• Provide high level of service to the membership and guests
• Great organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to work as part as a team.
• Attention to detail and with strong communication skills
• Professional presentation and appearance
• Manage Caddie Operation

Hire, train, and schedule caddies o Maintain caddie area to supply membership needs o Always have enough caddies on event days o Attend Evans Scholar events annually

• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Clubessential

POS.

• Record end of day figures
• Handicapping o Post member scores in CDGA
• Assist tournament set up with Golf Genius (Scorecards, Cart Signs, Live

Scoring, etc.)

• Monitor cart status and pace of play
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
