Call Center Customer Service Representative Job at Continental Auto Parts
Job Description Overview:
- Edit orders received for pricing.
- Informs customer of unit price, shipping date, anticipated delays, etc.
- Enters data into the computer to determine the total cost for customer.
- Routes order to department for filing and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
- Records or files copy of orders received according to expected delivery date.
- Communicates with the Finance Department regarding credit availability.
- Check inventory control and notify sales Manager of orders that would deplete stock.
- Recommends type of packing or labeling needed on order
- Be knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, product and service.
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Customer Service skills required
- Bilingual ( Is a must)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
