Call Center Representative Job at Clearview Eye and Laser Medical Center
Come join our team! We are looking for a dynamic person to create a supreme experience for our potential patients. Applicants must be friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have a professional appearance and attitude. The primary function will be to greet our potential patients via phone, and schedule appointments. Strong Microsoft skills are desired for organizing and maintaining reports.
Qualifications:
- Must be patient service focused on the ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to develop relationships with our patients to provide a positive experience.
- Proficient with standard office equipment; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc. comfortably; ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
- Experience with answering phones and multi-tasking.
- Exemplary organizational skills; willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other staff members.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
