Responsibilities:
- Be Familiar with the products or services in charge. Handle the common problems of users and the standard processing procedures.
- Answer the technical service hotline. Accept, record, and customer consultations and complaints and all other contents.
- Assist customers in solving problems when using our company products. Analyze difficult problems, and share feedback to the technical department timely to help solve customer difficulties.
- Receive and handle user complaints, appease customers' negative emotions. Report any problems that cannot be solved to the superiors.
- Be responsible for user satisfaction surveys, confirm user satisfaction level. Collect customer opinions and suggestions towards company products and services.
- Collect and aggregate user feedback and suggestions, Propose product and service improvement suggestions to the related departments.
- Based on the common questions received from customers, build a FAQ database for higher efficiency in dealing with customer requests.
Qualifications：
1.Associate degree or above, knowledge of computer, network, communication or electronics is preferred.
2. Fluent in English communication; interested in security industry. Experience in the security industry is preferred.
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience and services.
4. Team player who is proficiency in using commonly used office software. Experienced in network customer service or telephone customer service is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
