At TEG Federal Credit Union, we pride ourselves on being more than just a financial institution; we are a caring team dedicated to each other and our community. We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Call Center Specialist for our Solutions Center in Wappingers Falls, NY.
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting members and potential members over the phone with their requests, explaining credit union products and loan services, responding to problems, and resolving them.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position, Monday – Saturday, but the schedule varies; you must have flexible availability.

What you’ll do as a Call Center Specialist (Responsibilities):
- Perform member service functions, such as address changes, ordering checks, and lien releases
- Respond to and resolve member problems
- Assist members with mobile/online banking questions
- Answer questions and resolve problems regarding products and services
- Identify opportunities and help members with their financial fitness
- Additional duties as assigned
What we're looking for (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of banking experience
- Experience in a call center is desired (ideally in a bank or credit union)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Available to work on Saturdays
Pay: $18 - $20 / hour, based on experience
