Salon/spa management and/or school management experience. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in multi-department operations. The Campus Director is responsible for maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for staff and students. A main focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. The candidate for this position is also responsible for developing their staff to grow and reach individual, team and company goals.

Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job.

Licensed Professional in Cosmetology, Hair Design, Barber, Master Esthetics, Esthetics or Nails. If you also have your WA state Instructor license, that is a PLUS!

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
