Gold Leaf is seeking a candidate to work full time as a cannabis delivery logistics coordinator. This role will be based out of our medical grow operation located in Mount Dora, Florida. This position entails attention to detail, superb customer service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

• Must live in or near Mt. Dora, Florida.
• Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to patients and guests.
• Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities include:

• Will be responsible for all the products being properly manifested and put into the vehicle by drivers at the start of each shift.

• Ability to play close attention to detail while preparing manifests, orders, medical information, and other paperwork.
• Will be responsible for planning delivery routes using delivery software.

• Must take care while inspecting the delivery vehicles and ensure all damage to the vehicles are noted immediately.
• Will be responsible for ensuring all delivery orders get loaded into the vehicle by drivers at the start of the day and efficiently delivering each order along the route.
• Responsible for communicating with and providing advice to drivers throughout the day.

• Ability to operate our POS software to create manifests and conduct patient transactions as well as navigate our online menus.
• Must have proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the delivery team by providing updates and updating delivery software.
• Maintaining compliance throughout the delivery process by adhering to strict state medical cannabis regulations.
• Must provide excellent customer service to our patients throughout the entire delivery process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour
