Are you a skilled Staffing Coordinator or Care Coordinator that is ready to move to the next level? Can you handle running a small agency on your own? We are looking for YOU! Marketing to the community, hiring and training caregivers, with the support of remote personnel, growing our little agency into a brand name!
Home Care Marketing & Staffing knowledge /experience preferred.
Monday - Friday (on Call Weekends)
Evaluation after 90 days with Salary Review.--
This Position will Operate Greenville, South Carolina-- running a small newer Home Care Agency. GREAT bonus Structure once 400 hours are hit.
This position is a company leadership role, marketing, hiring & staffing, and client assessments.
This will become a salaried position if desired. Caregiving, or CNA experience very helpful, staffing experience a + must have knowledge of home care and senior services.
***Will have overtime***
***Must also be able to step in to a shift if a caregiver no shows***
Our Must Haves:
- Knowledge of Home Care Operations
- Ability to Assess Clients and Create CarePlan
- Ability to Open New Clients and train caregivers, and ensure consistent staffing
- Ability to lead a team of staffing coordinators, and Care Coordinators.
- CNA a ++
- Flexible, Great personality, professional
- Tech Savvy
- Great driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per hour
