We're Hiring Care Team Notes Specialist

Giving Home Health Care is a small yet growing company focused on providing In-Home Health Services for individuals in Colorado who have worked in the U.S. nuclear industry.

Every position in our operation is critical and vital to the success of our operation and the well-being of those we serve.

We are expanding our staff to better serve our growing needs and we're looking for a Care Team Specialist to process our nurses and home health aids documentation

Need to be:

• Organized, well-disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects
• Display a warm and friendly attitude to everyone
• Have excellent reading, writing, and computer skills
• Have and follow a well-developed value system, are loyal, and interested in serving humanity
• Can quickly learn and use various computer programs and applications
• Understand and have been involved with maintaining confidentiality and compliance enforcement
• Able to work independently to complete work while still collaborating with other team members

Job Duties Include

*Daily review of Nurses and Home Health Aid documentation for compliance with physician ordered plan of care and meeting regulatory standards

*Ensuring documentation is received and processed timely to meet payroll deadlines

*Maintaining contact with team about documented changes in patient condition

*Building positive relationships with Nurses and Home Health aids to obtain missing documentation

*Processing incident reports and reporting to Administrator

*Working with other team members on payroll and billing

*Creating and billing monthly Care Team management notes for patients

*Work is done in the office, with option after 90 day probationary period to work 2 days a month from home

Job Requirements: This position requires the ability to work efficiently staying focused on tasks while maintaining warm relations and dealing with multiple levels of health care workers.

Salary: $20-$21.50 an hour based on experience
