Description:
Caregivers deliver quality direct support to clients in their homes at the direction of the Client Services Manager. The responsibilities of Caregivers include, but are not limited to:
- Performing skilled personal cares.
- Administering medication.
- Assisting with bathing/showering.
- Light housekeeping.
- Providing safety supervision.
- Managing behaviors.
- Transferring.
- Preparing meals.
- Transporting and supporting clients during errands or community and enrichment activities.
- Documenting completed tasks.
- Charting wellness information.
- Completing Visit Notes.
- Helping others maintain their physical and emotional health.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to successfully pass a Caregiver Background Check
- Valid Regular Driver's License (not required, but may limit your ability to work with a significant portion of our clients)
- Reliable and Insured personal transportation (not required, but may limit your ability to work with a significant portion of our clients)
