WEEKEND SHIFT PREMIUM PAY POSITION

• Must be scheduled every weekend
• Receive an additional $3/premium hour on top of your base wage!!
• Receive another $1/hour shift differential on top of your base wage when working PM shift and weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

The Lutheran Home: Hope Residence provides on-the-job training so even if you haven't worked as a caregiver or worked in this type of setting before, we will provide you with all the training you need!

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant? Hope Residence offers a higher wage to reward you for your experience. This experience will help you in this position and allows you maintain certification on the Minnesota Registry.
