RA Pinno Construction is looking for a carpenter for new construction post and stick frame projects in and around the FDL area. Here's what we need from you:

• Knowledge in and experience with of all aspects of the building construction industry with new construction, remodeling & repair work.
• Need to be an excellent communicator - both verbal & written.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of all power tools and a variety of other equipment and instruments frequently used in the building industry.
• Travel is expected around Minocqua and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
• May be asked to clean and prepare job sites for construction, lifting of construction materials needed for job.
• Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces and other related construction of temporary structures.
• Measure, mark or record openings of distances to layout area, understanding of blueprints.
• Position, join, align or seal structural components. Perform framing of rooms & construction on new & existing building sites.
• Mature, reliable and hardworking individual. Candidate must also have a high level of attention for details.
• Load and unload building materials, machinery or tools and distributing them to appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
• Be able to measure, mark or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
• Perform building weatherization task, such as repairing windows, adding insulation or applying weather-stripping materials

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Finish & Rough carpentry.
• Must be able use many power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw, etc.
• Reading of blueprints a must.
