Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Transport clients to authorized destinations, utilizing personal vehicle.
  • Conduct supervised visitation between child(ren) and parents or sibling visitation
  • Retrieve and deliver standardized forms and documents, when needed.
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments.
  • Assist Caseworkers in observing and reporting significant behavior and conversation.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with contracting agency, families and community providers.
  • Perform related program and clerical tasks, as directed by proper authority.
  • Submit accurate, required notes within 24 hours of service and complete required reports within assigned timeframes.
  • This is a supervised visitation position for children in foster care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in social work or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
