This is a high volume, time sensitive role that requires a lot of data entry and use of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• This is a high volume, time sensitive role that requires a lot of data entry.
• Daily download of check/ACH detail from SBF lockboxes and associated bank accounts.
• Data entry and settlement of daily cash for each respective client.
• Importation of all associated images (invoice and check data) into FactorSoft software system.
• Balance and close daily lockbox activity.
• Research and adjust check and/or cash posting errors
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Produce daily and monthly reports for Account Executive team and SBF senior management
• Audit processes and procedures to ensure accuracy
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education: high school diploma required
