Cashier Job at Select Portfolio Servicing
As a cashier you will operate in a fast paced high demand transaction environment where attention to detail and processing knowledge is key. Supported by face to face training, knowledge guides, and established policies and procedures you will be equipped with tools essential for success.
Duties:
Payment Processing-
* Process inbound customer payments
* Track and follow through tasks with complete and accurate system notation
Research-
* Research and complete payment adjustment requests
* Review and understand specialized payment types and products
Customer Service-
* Provide superior customer service to internal customers
Requirements:
1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Ability to adapt quickly
3. Proven ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
4. Experience managing workflow through multiple applications
