Cashier Job at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches
We are looking for people with a positive, friendly, helpful attitude to provide excellent customer service to our restaurant customers. Our Cashiers provide a quick, superior payment experience for the guests by confirming their order (i.e., ensure the guest filled out the bag completely) and recommending extras such as our awesome shakes and cookies.
No restaurant experience is necessary but appreciated. Training provided.
Our Wich Makers ensure every order (filled out on their own bag) is custom made to perfection in 4 minutes or less. Yes, it is busy and you'll make tons of Wiches each day, but everyone is different! Wich Makers not only make Wiches but also help prep meats, cheeses and toppings as well as make shakes and deliver outstanding, personalized service to our guests.
Our hourly team members 'Sell the Vibe' to our guests - ensuring superior sandwiches and service. We ensure a superior employee experience - no grease, great music, cool uniforms, and awesome guests! We have a variety of positions and hours to work and want all team members to learn each station so we can provide better service to our guests and more hours for you...along with incentive bonuses for all hourly employees based on how much you work!
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and guide them through the ordering process.
- Prepare a variety of menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and comply consistently with Which Wich brand standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area.
- Provide customers with excellent customer service and delicious food.
