Cashier / Reception / General office Job at Serpentini Chevrolet Buick of Orrville
Serpentini Chevy Buick Orrville is currently looking for a Full time Cashier / Receptionist in our Collision center!
Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm
Some job tasks would be:
- Receipting customer payments for all types of business.
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling of needed repairs
- Basic filing of paperwork
- Communicate with customers / insurance companies to finalize bill and collect funds.
- Passing along messages to other employees via voice and email messaging systems
- Some basic computer work. (Word, Excel, Windows)
- Closing Repair orders for completed repairs as instructed by the mgr
- Keeping an eye on our customer lounge for cleanliness.
- Keeping coffee full, mini fridge stocked, and counter tops clean and debris free.
Potential growth into estimating or other areas of the dealership!
Must pass a drug test, must be friendly, upbeat and have a can-do attitude
Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
