If you are looking to be a cashier, be able to greet customers and assist customers. Be able to receive payments by cash and credit cards and be able to operate the cashier. Be able to issue receipts. Be able to scan items, total customers’ purchases and bag purchases if needed. Have a good knowledge of how cash registers operate.
