Harrison Steel has an opening on first shift in its quality department for a casting indexer. This position is responsible for collecting information within our manufacturing facility for casting surface discontinuities and recording the data on the appropriate index sheet. This position also performs various general office work including recording and entering all indexes into the electronic database.

Work Environment:
The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
