Job Summary
Lead sourcing and category management efforts for the Americas region in the Energy/Utility and Industrial Gas space.
Develop and Execute sourcing strategy for energy buy within Americas Region.
Develop and Execute sourcing strategy for industrial (plant scale) gas buy.
Own and drive sustainability efforts with energy buy as company drives towards carbon neutrality by 2050 and 20% reduction by 2030.
Engage internal stakeholders in alignment process to ensure that the company, across all domains, is moving in same direction.
Engage external stakeholders in driving companys targets and goals in this space.
Drive day to day optimization of energy and industrial gas buy.
Qualifications:
Requirements
Knowledge of SAP system on contract/PO creation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Ability to work independently in this space in complex situations.
Ability to build cross functional teams across different geographies.
Knowledge of (or ability to learn quickly) relevant market space and dynamics.
Capacity to work in a matrix work environment.
