Pimento Jamaican Kitchen is looking for a responsible and organized catering coordinator to communicate with customers and ensure all deliveries are successful, on time, and professional. Job duties include but not limited to preparing, delivering and serving bulk meal orders to clients based on their menu selection and event type, coordinating meal delivery, managing event schedules and food preparation timelines, setting up equipment to serve food and preserve its temperature. You will be communicating directly with our customers to help organize the orders, delivery time, and set up and payments. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and has flexible availability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
- Flexibility to work during weekends
- Must have A valid U.S. driver’s license
- Pick up food or other items and drop them off at designated locations ON TIME.
- Transport food carefully and safely from restaurant to the destination
- Set up order where the customer requests
- Provide great customer service
- Respond to inquiries in a timley manner
- Create invoices and send to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
