Cranes Forge is hiring full-time CDL A OTR Team Drivers Nationwide. Cranes Forge Trucking is a company that is committed to providing drivers with the best tools and equipment needed to be successful.

Compensation:

• Team Driver Pay: Starting at 80 CPM to the truck
• Average miles a week: 5,000
• Average weekly pay: $4,000
• Average annual gross pay: Up to $250,000 per team
• Additional Pay Opportunities:
• Referral Bonus Program: $500 ($250 upon start, $250 after 90 days)
• Sign-on Bonus: up to $6,000 paid quarterly, per drivert
• 2 years’ experience or greater: $1,000 per driver
• 5 years’ experience or greater: $3,000 per driver
• 8 years’ experience or greater: $6,000 per driver
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• OTR Routes with an average of 2-3 weeks out
• Will work with drivers on home time
• Delivering to FedEx Hubs
• No forced dispatch
• No-touch freight; 100% drop and hook

Equipment:

• Late model automatic Volvo 860 with Sleepers
• Refrigerators, XM Radio, New Mattresses

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass background check
• Hiring Nationwide (New York excluded)
