Job Overview:

The primary function of the Service Technician is to deliver, install and pick up propane bulk tanks for home heat, temp heat and industrial applications. Must have CDL B and obtain hazmat. Training provided.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive necessary equipment and vehicles as required
• Able to run equipment including trenching machines and truck mounted cranes
• Submit all reports, special projects, daily paperwork and information in a timely manner
• Exhibit good time management
• Able to use handheld tablet and/or smart phone for time and equipment tracking
• Perform any duties as may be assigned and operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Good interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Follow company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of position related experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• CDL – B with hazmat endorsement required
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and a 7-year background check
• Position related certifications as needed
