CDS Coordinator Job at 1st Priority Homecare
Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Coordinator will recruit Seniors and Disabled Adults into the CDS Homecare Program. CDS provide Seniors and Disabled Adults with a Home Personal Care Assistant paid for by Medicaid (MO Heathnet).
Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all Clients by maintaining communication, help with the enrollment process, explaining care plans and performing case management.
Coordinator will start on a 4 week Probationary Period; work your own schedule, 10 hours a week at $15/Hr for 4 weeks. If you recruit 20 or more Clients, Position will become part-time where you work your own schedule, 20 hours a week at $25/Hr. If you recruit 40 or more Clients, Position will become full-time starting at $50,000/Yr.
