Position Overview
The Center Manager – Pediatrics will oversee all clinical components of the Pediatric Health Center, Trotwood School Based Health Center and Dayton Public School Based Health Center.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure effective patient flow and exceptional patient care
- Responsible for clinical staffing, budgeting, training, and evaluations
- Effectively deal with conflict including resolving patient complaints and employee concerns
- Develop and implement process and procedure changes within the health center
- Conduct and attend community meetings where needs of the homeless are discussed and addressed
- Conducts regular patient focus groups with patients experiencing homelessness to identify needs of the community, to include conducting focus groups within the shelter system
- Resolves issues associated with daily operations
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
- Registered Nurse License in the state of Ohio required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- 3-5 years nursing office experience required
- Windows-based computer experience required
- Supervisory experience working with multi-disciplined teams preferred
- EPIC experience preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
