We are seeking Home Health Aides in a variety of areas to provide personal care and assistance to Home Care and Hospice clients under the supervision of the Case Manager and Clinical Manager. Requires high School diploma or equivalent preferred, the ability to make meaningful observations and report changes in patient condition, basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to enter patient information into an electronic device. Must be qualified for employment under current state (Pennsylvania or New Jersey) regulations, possess a current driver's license and access to a car, current car registration and current car insurance. NJ applicants must be Certified and have an NJ CHHA license.
