Clear Brook Crossing Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking qualified and dedicated Full-time CNAs to join our team and make a positive impact for our residents.
We have available shifts for 6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 10:00pm - 6:00am, shifts. Come join a TEAM where YOU can make a difference!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily hygiene requirements including showers, Bed-side bathing etc.
- Promptly and courteously answers call-lights to determine resident needs
- Takes and records vital signs
- Attends ongoing training and in-services
- Must be able to lift/transfer 50 or more pounds
- Assist Residents with all aspects of daily living

- 2 years experience preferred in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
- Must have Valid Certified Nursing Aide Certificate
- Must have valid Texas Drivers License
- Current CPR required
