This is an Entertainment Team Member position at Six Flags Over Texas, in Arlington, TX. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Entertain Guests in a fun, professional manner, ensuring everyone has a positive and memorable experience.
• Perform as a CharacterActor in a variety of assigned roles for Guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Every CharacterActor will be leveraged for improvisational, scripted, and interactive moments, including, but not limited to: Meet & Greets, Dance Parties, Photo Ops, Restaurant and/or Attraction Hosting, Queue Line Entertainment, and Engagement as an Ambassador/Handler.
• Perform at onsite, as well as off-site locations and promotional events representing Six Flags.
• Maintain all Characterstandards as set forth by WB and/or DC Comics, if role requires.
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner at all times while holding safety in the highest regard.
• Comply with all Company, Park, and Department policies, procedures, and maintain Six Flags performance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is at least 16 years of age. Some roles are limited to 18+.
• Is fun, outgoing, animated, and makes an excellent team member.
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner and understands the importance of being on time.
• Has improvisational acting abilities, movement, and characterization skills. We will train talent with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Will positively and actively engage and interact with Guests, as well as with other Cast Members.
• Will handle Character, costumes, and props with care, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Must meet standards (height/build/look) as set forth by WB/DC Comics, if role requires. Justice League is VERY specific.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, twist, sit, and lift up to 40 lbs. You may also be required to learn and perform basic dance combinations. This is a physical job; your health must be nurtured.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, even while in costume.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, & holidays.
• Has prior experience in public performance/acting. This is preferred, not mandatory.
• Has prior guest service/customer relations/public speaking experience. This is preferred, not mandatory.

Due to the nature of these positions, in addition to a basic interview, we will need to see any qualified applicants through an In-Person Audition. This will consist of improvisational exercises, games, and role-playing. Don't be intimidated. If you love to have FUN and ENTERTAIN others, you will enjoy this process!

On your audition date, enter from Copeland Rd and park in a Future Employee Parking Spot. Sign in and enter through the Security Post, where you will go through a metal detector. Once signed in, you will be met by an Entertainment Cast Member and taken to the Audition Location. Please dress to move, but also in an appropriate fashion for a job interview. You must wear close-toed shoes.
