As a Leader you will be given the opportunity to work for one of the most successful quick service restaurants in the United States. This position provides you with the opportunity to operate and efficiently run a $5,000,000+ business, in the fast growing Legacy West/Grandscape Development. You will learn the business from the ground up providing real business leadership development and experience as well as deep understanding of critical components of business success (operations, marketing, training, development, profitability, team leadership and executive level leadership.)

This is a great position for someone looking for a long term career with Chick-fil-A in our restaurant, or to gain valuable real world experience critical to the success of future business leaders. Each candidate will be able to work one on one with the owner/operator of the business as well as current business directors to learn valuable leadership and operational skills.

Job Requirements

• 4 year college degree preferred, however exceptional candidates will also be considered

• Availability to work anywhere between 6am and 11pm Monday-Saturday

• Leadership Experience specifically in the Service Industry

• Chick-fil-A experience is a major plus!

• Passion for Hospitality and Restaurant Operations

• Strong Community Involvement
