Position Overview: Greater Lynn Senior Services (GLSS) CFO will be a strategic and mission driven leader. The CFO has day-to-day oversite of a talented and dedicated Fiscal team. GLSS is a $53million not for profit business. GLSS' CFO will represents GLSS' financial story to our funding partners, regulators, grantors, Board of Directors and strategic colleagues. The ideal candidate will have financial leadership experience in not for profit organizations.

Position Responsibilities: The CFO has ultimate responsibility for the production and reporting of all accounting functions including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable and collections but participates only as needed in the actual production. The Controller, the Director of Budgeting and Financial Operations, the Manager of Provider Contracting and Relations, and the Financial Project Manager all report directly to the CFO. In addition, the manager of Software and Database supports reports to the CFO. Presents monthly financial reports to, Board of Directors and Finance Committee and provides analysis of results. Supervises the production of Agency and individual program budgets. The CFO acts as strategic financial advisor to the CEO, the Board of Directors and to the Agency as a whole.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven Finance related experience
• Familiarity with reimbursement systems for health and social services
• Staff management experience with excellent team building and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Experience leading external auditors and annual audit process
• UFR, 990 and other federal and state required reports creation experience
• Experience with pension plans, employee benefits, and business related insurance management

Hours 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
