JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief of Staff will partner with the COO and other members of the leadership team to drive alignment, focus, and execution in support of our next phase of rapid growth. You will connect the leadership team and the rest of the organization, helping to align people, functions, and projects to drive efficient business decisions.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Work closely with the COO on our most critical initiatives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine and prioritize business strategies. Track progress and measure the success of these initiatives, adjusting when necessary
  • Lead planning processes across the company to set, align, and track company progress toward our corporate goals
  • Lead or partner on special projects driven by the CEO across all operational areas of the business
  • Improve coordination and communication across functional areas
  • Prepare agendas and content/presentations for board, senior team, and other key meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Operations role, or in a similar business operations or strategy position
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leaders, external partners, and staff at all levels
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with strong business acumen. Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to work with, visualize and interpret data.
  • Ability to lead efficient, productive meetings, and create and deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful working relationships and win support for projects and initiatives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent skills in Powerpoint and Excel are essential to this role
  • This position requires up to 25% travel
