The Role
Our Chief of Staff will report to and work with our CEO, along with our Senior Leadership Team, to tackle a wide range of priorities, challenges, and opportunities, all in the pursuit of Circulo’s growth and performance. The Chief of Staff will engage externally and internally, address operational, financial, and strategic aspects of our business, and will serve as a key conduit of both knowledge and insights across our team.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000K

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in a healthcare investing, consulting, or strategic operations role
  • Postgraduate business education preferred
  • Hands-on financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Spreadsheets) and presentation acumen (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
  • Experience with M&A preferred but not required
  • Operational planning skills to help the business execute, grow and maintain high level of performance
  • Ability to organize and communicate effectively in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Experience managing critical external relationships and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, investors, candidates, and other key partners
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy people person that puts the human first
  • Passionate individual with proven ability to partner across all areas of an organization and develop deep relationships with all levels of the company
  • Have a passion for building trust, investing in people, and creating a truly world-class work environment (both virtual and in-person)
  • Creative leader with an interest in doing things differently, experimenting, and never settling for status quo

  • Effectively communicate internally and externally across a variety of settings and mediums: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
  • Attentively listen to others, adjusting to fit the audience and the message
  • Provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization while also encouraging the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions
  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same
  • Act with a clear sense of ownership, taking personal accountability for results, actions, and failures
  • Establish defined responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results; design feedback loops with teams and individuals into work
