Childcare Maintenance Job at A New Beginning,CLC - Newton
A New Beginning, CLC is looking for a Maintenace person to help keep the buildings in compliance with state guidelines. Task may include but not limited to:
Painting
Repairing shelves
Putting together shelving/toys
Yard work such as mowing, blowing leaves, pulling weeds, spraying weed preventative
Keeping vans in service and clean
Plumbing/appliance repairs
Monthly playground safety checks
A New Beginning, CLC has three locations; Newton, Sherrills Ford, and Lenior. The candidate for this job must be willing to travel to all three locations to complete their job duties. With working at a license childcare facility, the applicant must be willing to send in a childcare background application and fingerprints through DHHS. The applicant also must have a TB test and updated medical upon starting work. The candidate must also be willing to enroll in a playground safety training.
