Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Behavior Therapist (BT) / ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children, “our kiddos,” diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. This Clinic Based, Entry-Level position offers paid training to become an RBT and work hands-on with autistic children.


The mission is to seek empathetic and compassionate individuals ready to be a part of a collaborative team, helping and guiding children diagnosed with autism by improving their communication, problem-solving skills, and social interactions through direct individualized one-on-one ABA therapy.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Receive RBT certification within 60 days
  • Progression through RBT Ladder
  • Follows written skill acquisition and behavior programs with accuracy
  • Quickly build rapport and trust with clients by providing high-quality care
  • Accurately measure and record data collection throughout the therapy sessions with Integrity
  • Follow through on the training sequence with Lead RBT

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A passionate individual who loves working with children 10 and under
  • Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Time management, observation, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Reliable transportation is required
