POSITION SUMMARY: The Rehab Therapist is primarily responsible for working with our patients who need extremity work done. We offer a variety of rehab methods including, but not limited to; Cold Laser, Cupping, IASTM, Taping, MYO and more. We are looking for someone who is passionate about natural and holistic healing. Previous experience with chiropractic and natural health care desirable but not required, pay based on experience. Willing to train the right person. Must be able to interact in a customer-focused manner while assisting patients. Provides office support for our scheduling and patient assistance team members. Works cooperatively with other departments to assure a great experience for our patients.

Back To Health Chiropractic has been serving communities in West Michigan for over 16 years. We have clinics in Zeeland, Muskegon and Portage, with plans to continue to grow along West MI, which offers growth potential for leadership opportunities. Our mission is to help our community through regular chiropractic care, because we know chiropractic can not only alleviate pain, but help keep patients healthy and active with their loved ones. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

• Exceptional patient interaction (compassion, personable)
• Confident and comfortable in teaching and training patients (exercises and stretches, tips and tricks, general guidance)
• Team player and adaptability (covering each other's schedules and going wherever needed within the office, not just rehab focused)
• Good knowledge of computers
• Taking ownership for mistakes and doing extra digging for personalized care
• Willing to put in extra time to further education in order to give the best experience to our patients
• Fun personality

COMPETENCIES:

• Familiar with muscle group locations and functions (anatomy or human movement experience is required)
• Familiar with medical terminology
• Ability to juggle and prioritize daily tasks with patient care
• Analyze and be adaptable to patient needs and wants.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 5-15 pounds for PNF stretching and myos, squat, bend, able to get into exercises and stretches to show patients
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
