Ordering, monitoring, and receiving into inventory various products at other CITGO facilities as well as a number of suppliers. Products are packaged "finished" lubricants in a variety of containers. Responsible for billing out bound tank trucks and freight trucks. Reviews inventories on a daily basis to assure that all upcoming orders can be shipped complete and on time. Calls in customer and contract carrier trucks to pick up loads. Participates in quarterly physical inventory cycles. Must work overtime on an as needed basis, including weekends and holidays. Maintains files, both paper and electronic.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Job Duties:
- Ordering consigned and purchase products.
- Reviewing inventories and scheduling order pick ups.
- Complete billing process and posting bulk and package shipments in SAP.
- Posting receipts of purchase and consigned products in SAP.
- Prints labels for shipping orders.
- A/P processing (coding, posting in SAP, coping, attaching packing slips).
- Investigating problems with orders, following up confirmations, using SharePoint to track product movement, assisting Houston with purchasing, posting, and timely delivery scheduling.
- Plant Physical Inventory - accounting and posting 4 times per year.
