We are a team of storytellers, dreamers, farmers, cider makers, chefs, and community members– trying to

leave this piece of earth a little better than we found it. Join our hospitality team!

We are hiring dynamic, hospitality-driven part-time folks to join our hospitality team amid the bustle of our

farm, cidery, taproom and eatery in Interlaken, NY (on Cayuga Lake near Ithaca and Trumansburg). These are

seasonal positions working alongside our core team in all aspects of customer service at our busy destination

in the Finger Lakes.

The Finger Lakes Cider House is our cidery, taproom and eatery, where we create & pour a range of our ciders &

sparkling wines sourced from our own organic apples & neighboring Finger Lakes orchards and vineyards. We

serve truly farm-to-table food everyday, made from the best FLX farm ingredients seasonally available. This all

sits on Good Life Farm, our fifteen year old, diversified, organic farm featuring our orchards, specialty

vegetables, and pastured poultry operation.

Summary

• Starting Spring 2023
• Compensation: $18-$22/hour = $12.75/hour + tips.
• Seasonal part time & full time positions available. This role focuses on food, bar & retail service. Shifts are
• available every day of the week, with the biggest need on Friday evenings & weekends.
• A flexible schedule is a plus, with availability to occasionally sub for other team members.
• 21+ is preferred, and must be able to lift 50lbs.

Job Details

Cider House Crew have a wide range of duties including hosting, food service, guided tastings occasionally,

engaging w/ customers, bussing lunchware, washing dishes, food & drink expo, opening/closing duties within

our taproom & outside bar and participating in occasional events. Cider House crew maintain a high standard

for personal cleanliness and adhere to our dress code of the business. A well-suited candidate will uphold the

professional standards of customer service and hospitality, both with our guests and within our team of

coworkers and supervisors. This position requires a high-degree of teamwork to create great guest

interactions, prepare & serve farm-to-table food, and to adapt to on-going changes in the work environment.
