Overview:

Summary

The Collaboration Portfolio Specialist position will provide both pre- and post-sales technical expertise for various technologies that are part of the C1GS portfolio. This role should be well versed with all aspects of the Collaboration portfolio, including FedRamp offerings, but will have expert-level skills in multiple disciplines.
We believe in delivering integrated solutions that support customers’ business objectives through highly skilled technical resources that work closely with our clients to provide day-to-day support as a result of the successful design and implementation of innovative solutions.

The Collaboration Portfolio Specialist is a billable resource and may function as a team lead. This individual must also have knowledge and understanding of unique government technical and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Supports multiple project teams engaged in design, implementation, and modification of IT projects
  • Develops and maintains technical competency and related certifications for all core products and solutions areas
  • Provides ownership of Technical Solution Deliverables. These could include:
    • As-Builts and project documentation
    • Coordinating technical resources
    • Solution/Delivery requirements
    • Unit testing and technical project completion
  • Assumes leadership responsibility and manages others as needed
  • Keeps current on industry changes, participates, when possible, in organizations directly involved with Subject Matter Experts products and services, and continually works to improve techniques and process
  • Analyzes solution requirements to complete all research required to ensure the accuracy of implementations
  • Assists in responding to RFI/RFPs, presenting solution proposals, and strategically position C1GS with key partners
  • Works collaboratively with government account managers, solution architects, major account support representatives, inside sales reps, marketing, professional services team and purchasing to achieve company business objectives
  • Keeps current on manufacturer offerings/promotions as it relates to technical feasibility, integration, and enhancements while taking advantage of the offerings/promotions when possible
  • Stays abreast of Company’s internal tools, processes, product offerings and organizational alignment
  • Keeps well informed on industry changes as it relates to technology and continually works to improve technical knowledge
  • Provides onsite support for advisory, gap analysis and technical training requirements
  • Provides onsite implementation and troubleshooting support
  • Provides demo capabilities to current and potential customers
  • Provides leadership and management responsibilities with the assumption of building out a growing implementation team

  • Commits to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in everything they do through a process of continual improvement
  • Follows the processes in our Quality Management System, contributing to the success of the organization by fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient at all Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Minimum 6 years of Information Technology knowledge and experience
  • Top Secret security clearance


Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Cisco Voice deployment and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience architecting Cisco, VTC, and FedRamp solutions
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other manufacturer’s certifications preferred
  • Experience with SIP, H.323, Q.931, H.26x & g.7xx audio & video codecs

Pay Range
$95,760 - $143,650
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
