Marathon TS is seeking an Investigator to support a Federal Benefits Administration program. Responsibilities include finding and analyzing information through computer and public record research, performing various types of searches to verify facts.

This position is remote, however there is a heavy preference for candidates to be located in the Eastern Side of the States.

• Utilize various tools to locate and authenticate benefits Class Members or beneficiaries.
• Review appropriate records to obtain facts to resolve all material issues in a case or to establish suitability, or qualifications of the subject
• Conduct efficient and accurate investigations and to meet quality, timeliness, and production metrics
• Participate in periodic status meetings via Microsoft Teams with stakeholders.
• Provide summary of the activities conducted during the week and projected activities for the following week.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or Military related training

General Experience : 10 years of insurance or investigation experience ( 8 years of professional investigation experience with law enforcement agencies or may be substituted for a degree)
