A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLAIMS SPECIALIST

As a Claims Specialist, you focus on assisting with incident/accident investigation, claims reporting and processing, complaint calls and property damage resolution. Applying your exceptional organizational and communication skills, you will work closely with our field crews and other safety team members to ensure the positive outlook of safety for our Hydaker-Wheatlake employees.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLAIMS SPECIALIST

• Strong organizational skills
• Administrative experience: (MS Suite) - Excel must have basic skills
• Can provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Comfortable talking on the phone and gathering information
• Able to multitask with interruptions
• Work proficiently under pressure

8AM - 5PM
