Company and Job Description
Vance Brothers is a prominent asphalt manufacturing and contracting company delivering quality products. This is a fast-paced environment, and this person must be able to show excellent communication skills while being able to multitask. This position is full-time year-round first shift. We do require overtime and possible Saturdays. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and products with competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities
- In-Plant Driving
- The position does require some labor. This is not a full-time driving position
- 60% labor/40% driving, no over the road driving. Candidates must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Driving consists of loading and unloading tankers and haul to 3 facilities s all within a ¼ mile of each other
- Unloading liquid rail cars
- Climb up and down ladders regularly
- Climb under trailer tankers and tank rail cars
- Must be capable operating Manual Transmissions
- Lift up to 80 pounds
Required Experience
- Tanker and Hazmat preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly Pay
- Overtime paid after 8 hours worked a day
