Exciting Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with a preschool-aged student.
- Learn and support development through DIR/Floortime Therapy which is a play-based therapy focusing on building developmental milestones, embracing individual differences, and strengthening relationships.
- Implement behavior plans and manage student behavior utilizing positive, strength-based strategies.
- Daily record keeping and data collection using a company-issued tablet.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Working with children with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities for 1 year (Preferred).
- AA/Bachelor's degree preferred.
