POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a naturally friendly person with a helpful personality? Clay Brook, a four-star luxury slope side residency at the heart of Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak Village, is searching for a Front Desk Agent with a strong eye for guest service. This is a full-time year-round 5- day/week opportunity with shifts in the morning and evenings! Morning shifts are from 7am to 3pm and evening shifts are from 3pm to 11pm with other varying hours as needed. This job pays $20 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate.
• A professional personality is essential to this important service role.
• Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests.
• Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position.
• General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus.
• Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.
